It is important also the abbey of Chiaravalle di Fiastra of the 11th century and the cloister of the 14th century. This abbey has been an important cultural center and religious and it is situated on the road from Macerata to Ascoli Piceno.
Continuing on the same road, few kilometers later, you find the ruins of Urbs Salvia, the roman city of the first century b.C., destroyed by Ghots (about 400 p.C.) and whose ruins inspired the poet Dante Alighieri about the lapsing of every thing.
